I thought it might be a good idea to post some of my answers to question that are received. Some of the reply email addresses may not always work. This would be better than people thinking that I am not answering.
Question:
Num 12:1 And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Cushite
woman whom he had married; for he had married a Cushite woman.
I would suggest you read this when pontificating that interracial marriage
is wrong. It's not the color of the skin but rather the "color" of the
heart that should not be mingled (believer vs. unbeliever).
Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing,
I used to think the same until I found out what the seventh commandment
really means. There are several statutes that go under the seventh
commandment. You might want to read an article concerning what adultery
means at:
It is very brief though just like this answer. There is much more and I need to write an article on this subject. It has taken me eight years to get to this point and believe me I did not head this way out of any racial desires.
The truth of the matter is that the evidence in scripture for what you are
having a problem with is overwhelming. The problem is that we have been
"programmed" by political correctness. For example you might look at Hebrews
8:8-10 and see who and only who the new covenant was made with. That does
not exclude others from salvation, but only the two groups mentioned in the
above verses have the covenant made with them. If you read long enough you
will find that God made a choice. So right now your problem is with Him. This question might not even come up if more people knew about God's marriage to Israel.
Concerning the Cushite woman one might want to consider who this woman was related to. Genesis 10:6 tells us that Noah's son Ham has a son named Cush. The Cushite woman Moses married was a descendant of this Cush. For more information concerning Moses knowledge of the fact that marrying a woman of another race was sin please read the Book of Jasher, chapter 72 through 76. The Cushites that Moses ruled over were different Cushites than those from Ham.
