Hosea 4:1-3 "Hear the word of Yahweh, ye children of Israel: for Yahweh hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.
2, By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and bloods toucheth bloods.
3, Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the living of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away."
I have written a few times before that interracial "marriage" is sin, but I have never mentioned any other verse to show that other than the commandment.
Exodus 20:14 "Thou shalt not commit adultery."
In verse two above the KJV printed the word blood, but the Hebrew word is plural, bloods. Mixing bloods with bloods is a way of saying that people of different races had intercourse. Here is the pertinent part of Strong's definition for the word toucheth.
properly, to touch, i.e. lay the hand upon (for any purpose; euphemistically, to lie with a woman)
Intercourse causes a passing of DNA that could influence any future children. If a baby is the result of interracial intercourse then it will have mixed DNA or bloods. Biology says otherwise, but it is a popular belief today that we are all of one blood. The following verse is even used.
Acts 17:26 "And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation".
Some say the word blood is missing from Acts 17:26. It is in fact missing at the Bible Hub website in the interlinear text. Even if it is supposed to be in the text the context is ignored to include all nations of the world. Remember that as prophesied by the time of the writing of Acts 17:26 those of Israel stock, those descended from Jacob Israel, were already many nations in the world. Reread the verses considering that the many nations mentioned were or are in fact the many nations of Israel. Paul did not use or know a word that meant "non-Jew" or "Gentiles". Paul said he was an apostle to the nations. Paul also spent much time talking about God's Law and those redeemed or reconciled, both of which scripture teaches is only for true Israel. Regardless Acts 17:26 can not contradict Hosea 4:2 nor John 1:13 where the word blood is also plural and means mixed origin.
Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
I had to rename this article as I keep finding more examples of adulteration that includes the sin of miscegenation. Here is another example.
Hosea 5:7 "They have dealt treacherously against Yahweh: for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour them with their portions."
After the condemnation found in chapter four Ephraim is singled out as committing whoredom.
Hosea 5:3 "I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from me: for now, O Ephraim, thou committest whoredom, and Israel is defiled."
Whoredom is translated from a Hebrew word that means adultery. In verse 7 above the word “strange” also has the meaning “to commit adultery”. The act of having strange or profane children is an act of adulteration. The condemnation of Ephraim’s behavior continues in chapter 7. See the article "What is a Cake not Turned?".
One of the reasons God divorced the Ten Northern Tribes and sent them into a temporary captivity under Assyria was interracial “marriage”.
Philippians 2:15 "That ye may be blameless and unmixed, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse race, among whom ye shine as lights in the world".
